By accessing DataSplitter, you agree to these simple terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Service.

DataSplitter is a completely free utility provided by Syntax Labs. No account, payment, or subscription is required.

2. License & Fair Use

You are granted a personal, non-exclusive license to use this tool for commercial or personal data splitting.

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the Service’s source code except where permitted by law.
• Use malicious traffic automation, bots, or attacks (including DDoS) against the Service.
• Use the tool for unlawful purposes or misrepresent affiliation with Syntax Labs.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties (“As-Is”)

The tool is provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Because all operations happen locally on your device, Syntax Labs is not liable for:

• Local Excel crashes or application freezes on your machine.
• Browser memory overflows or tab crashes.
• Data loss from unverified output files.
• Corrupted files caused by improperly formatted source CSVs.

Always keep backups of original files and verify split output before production use.
